CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a minimum of 50% (of total service price) cancellation fee for any cancellations less than 24 hours of notice of the scheduled appointment. For all no-shows/no calls for any appointment, a full (100%) charge of the total service will be drafted. Plus 20% gratuity. Please understand this is a small business and I rely on these appointments as income. I want to respect your time, just as I require you to respect mine. These appointment slots are limited and I have clients waiting for each available slot. Thank you and love you all! ❤️
